Founded by Ramón Fernández, a native of Loja, Granada, this project was born from his deep desire to share the culinary treasures of his homeland and honor a truly special woman: his Aunt Lola, who was like a second mother to him.
Since the creation of the brand, María Dolores has contributed to bringing each dish to life and ensuring that the Andalusian spirit that defines Lola Restaurante is always present.

Remedios Tinoco Maraver (Reme)from Palma del Río, Córdoba,
a charming town famous for growing the world’s best oranges.
With Reme, there is no room for error she always finds the magic formula to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail are the backbone of our seamless operations.
Francisco Maldonado Sánchez (Paco) from Armilla, a charming town near Granada.
Paco is the heart of warmth and the ability to make you smile.
He loves his job and faces every challenge with humor, making him an irreplaceable part of our team.
Francisco Manuel Medina Muñoz (Fran) affectionately known as Fran,
comes from Posadas, Córdoba, a town located in La Vega del Guadalquivir,
rich in tradition and hospitality.
Fran embodies everything Posadas represents: extroverted, generous, and always ready to lend a hand.
Not only is he an excellent chef mastering traditional Spanish recipes,
but he is also a great friend and colleague. Lola wouldn’t be Lola without him.
